Such decisions have been made in Capljina and Prozor-Rama and another one is also expected in Stolac.
A statement released by the diplomatic mission chiefs said that such decisions were in direct contrast with commitments undertaken upon admission to the Council of Europe to eliminate all aspects of segregation and discrimination based on ethnicity.
The EU ambassadors in Sarajevo called on the leaders of the Croatian Democratic Union and the Party of Democratic Action to quash the recently adopted decisions and do everything so the schools could be unified.
They also applauded the initiatives of local pupils and teachers against the segregation.
