Nasicecement will call an extraordinary assembly of the company's shareholders to discuss the factory's business operation, the Nexe Group reported on Thursday.
The Croatian company previously held a 1.81 percent in the Kikinda-based factory.
The Nexe Group has welcomed the decision of Serbian state institutions to sell their shares in the factory on the stock exchange, which it hopes will happen soon.
The Nexe Group, which consists of some 20 companies, also includes three companies from Serbia and Montenegro - the "Jelen Do" factory, the "Strazilovo" roof-tile factory from Sremski Karlovci, and the "Polet" ceramic tile factory from Novi Becej.
