Analysing the agreement concluded between the Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) on one side and SN Holding and DOM Holding on the other, the Office detected circumstances indicating that its signing may have been harmful for the HFP, Chief State Prosecutor Mladen Bajic said in a statement on Wednesday evening.
He added that the agreement was unfavourable for the HFP because it recognised one contentious claim by SN Holding, which instead of the amount claimed was given shares of the Liburnia Riviera Hoteli d.d. company, which made it possible for the two companies to obtain a controlling package of shares.
