Along with changing its name, the bank will also change its logo and visual identity, and in line with the OTP Group, the bank's color will be green, bank officials reported.
As of March 2005, the majority owner of Nova Bank is Hungary's OTP Bank, which holds 95.59 percent of the shares. Nova Bank was founded in 2002 after the merging of Dalmatinska Bank, Sisacka Bank and Istarska Bank Dubrovacka Bank joined the group last year.
