The company's stock capital is 266,824,700 kuna and the nominal value of each share is 100 kuna.
The shares on sale, whose starting price is 90,858,150 kuna, are from the portfolio of the State Agency for the Insurance of Saving Deposits and Rehabilitation of Banks, the Croatian Pension Insurance Fund, Croatian Waters, and the HFP.
The HFP invitation says that apart from the price, in choosing the best bidder attention will be paid to the bidder's willingness to commit to keeping the company's 354 employees for one year since the share purchase contract has been signed, or to commit to providing for possible surplus workers in line with the collective agreement and valid regulations, or to offer new jobs if this is envisaged in the business plan.
Preference will be given, among other things, to bidders who offer an investment programme for the company or a business plan for the next five years, and to those who commit to not selling real estate within one year from signing the share purchase contract.
Bids may be submitted by 2 pm on September 12.
