ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, March 3 (Hina) - At his arraignment before theInternational Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), aformer Chief of Staff of the Bosnian Army, General Rahim Delic, onThursday pleaded not guilty to all
four counts of the indictment.
ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, March 3 (Hina) - At his arraignment before the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), a former
Chief of Staff of the Bosnian Army, General Rahim Delic, on Thursday pleaded
not guilty to all four counts of the indictment.After Korean judge O-Gon Kwon read the counts of the indictment charging
Delic with killings, cruel treatment, rape and violations of the laws and
customs of war, the accused entered a plea of not guilty.
He is charged on command responsibility for crimes against Bosnian
Croats and Serbs prisoners of war committed by the el Mujahedeen.
Delic voluntarily surrendered to the ICTY on February 28.
