Gvero and Miletic, who voluntarily surrendered to the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague on February 24 and 28 respectively, are charged on five counts for persecution, killings and deportation of Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica and Zepa in the summer of 1995.
ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, March 2 (Hina) - At his initial appearance before theInternational Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) onWednesday, a retired general of the Army of the Bosnian Serb entity,Milan Gvero, pleaded not
guilty to all counts of the indictment,General Radivoje Miletic, whom the tribunal indicted together withGvero, was granted another 30 days to enter his plea.
