for the monitoring of negotiations could be appointed, a negotiating strategy
defined and strategic guidelines for each chapter of the negotiations

promise he made in early February, namely to organise consultations with
parliamentary clubs of deputies, the Government and all those who can
contribute to finding a way out of the catastrophic situation created during
privatisation and transformation processes.
