Together with Paravac, also arriving in Zagreb will be the other two members of the Bosnian Presidency, Dragan Covic and Sulejman Tihic, Marovic will be accompanied by Serbian President Boris Tadic and Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic,

The number of foreign state officials will be somewhat lower in comparison to Mesic's first inauguration ceremony held in 2000, but officials in the President's Office say that is the practice when it comes to the second term in office.

Police in Zagreb said some 600 police officers, and members of special and intervention units will secure the inauguration ceremony.

Mesic, who won his second term in office at the recent presidential elections, will be sworn in by Constitutional Court President Petar Klaric, who will report that the presidential elections, held on January 2 and 16, were conducted in line with the Constitution and the Law on Presidential Elections.

According to unofficial sources, some 220 reporters have been accredited to cover the ceremony.
