Speaking at a press conference at his election headquarters, Miksic said he would lodge a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg about the irregularity of the presidential elections.
He said it would be moral if the president of the State Election Commission, Ivica Crnic, resigned because, according to Miksic, the election had not been held properly and there had been too many irregularities.
Miksic also denied media allegations that he had abused his former wife and children, saying those allegations were ill-intentioned lies.
Film director Jakov Sedlar, also present at the press conference, said he was shooting a documentary about the irregularity of the last Croatian presidential election for the US TV company PBS.
