Sanader reminded his cabinet at today's session that Parliament last night adopted a Government-Parliament statement on joint activity during the negotiations, a declaration, and a decision on the establishment of a national committee to monitor the negotiations.
The PM said it was still necessary to appoint negotiating teams and announced intensive preparations for that in the coming days.
He stressed the Government would do everything so that the entry talks could start on March 17, and called on all departments and ministries to do their share of the job in the adjustment of national legislation to EU standards on time.
