for war crimes, was hidingin underground military facilities in Han Pijesak in the summer of2004,
MOSTAR, Jan 11 (Hina) - The international community's High
Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Paddy Ashdown, reiterated on Monday
evening that Ratko Mladic, whom the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia indicted for war crimes, was hiding in underground military
facilities in Han Pijesak in the summer of 2004,Ashdown said in an interview for Television of the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina that he had seen secret evidence confirming that Mladic was
hiding in underground military facilities in Han Pijesak,
Asked whether the evidence in question could be forwarded to Bosnian
institutions, Ashdown answered in the negative. He said he had a lot of pieces
of evidence on people indicted for war crimes which he could not share with
Bosnian institutions.
