ZAGREB, Aug 14 (Hina) - The president of the Democratic Centre,
parliamentary deputy Vesna Skare-Ozbolt, said on Monday her party had no plans
to form a parliamentary club of deputies with Branimir Glavas's party. Glavas is charged with ill-treating three ethnic Serb civilians in the
eastern city of Osijek in 1991 and murdering another two, one of whom
disappeared without trace.
Commenting on media headlines and speculations on the forming of a club
of deputies with Glavas's party, Skare-Ozbolt said "no joint club was formed
with the party of Branimir Glavas, nor are the two parties conducting any
negotiations".
