BRUSSELS, June 16 (Hina) - The European Union has proposed to Serbia to draw up an action plan for the arrest of ICTY fugitive Ratko Mladic to be able to resume negotiations on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the
EU.

Serbia to draw up an action plan for the arrest of ICTY fugitive Ratko Mladic
to be able to resume negotiations on the Stabilisation and Association
Agreement with the EU. The proposal was presented by EU Enlargement
Commissioner Olli Rehn at a meeting of foreign ministers on Thursday evening,
the first day of the EU summit.
Serbia was the main topic at the meeting. The participants expressed
readiness to resume the SAA negotiations after Belgrade proves is is fully
cooperating with the Hague-based was crimes tribunal.
