Last November the accused stormed a round-table discussion devoted to anti-fascism at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, attacking participants, giving Nazi-style salutes and shouting "Serbia for the Serbs".
According to Beta news agency, Judge Miroslav Alimpic completed the investigation on 20 December after hearing about 20 witnesses and examining 12 computers seized during searches of apartments of the organisation's members.
During the investigation the suspects insisted they were not members of "Nacionalni stroj", but most of them admitted sharing its views.
The crime of incitement to national or racial hatred carries a prison sentence of one to eight years.
