The platform relies on principles already adopted in state bodies' decisions, on Serbia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, autonomy for Kosovo within Serbia, the setting up of a Serb entity through an integral decentralisation of Kosovo, and the protection of Orthodox religious facilities, cultural heritage, public and private property.
It was decided that a delegation headed by Serbia's Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, President Boris Tadic, and Serbia and Montenegro Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic would participate in the next meeting of Serbian and Kosovo negotiating teams, due to be held in Vienna later this month.
The part of the platform referring to decentralisation, to which the Vienna meeting would be dedicated, and the future institutional position of the Serb community in Kosovo will be presented to the public early next week.
