ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - Commenting Monday's ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), that the 1995 massacre of some 8,000 Bosnian Muslims at Srebrenica constituted genocide, but that Serbia was not responsible for the mass
killings, Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks said he was very disappointed with the decision.
ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - Commenting Monday's ruling of the
International Court of Justice (ICJ), that the 1995 massacre of some 8,000
Bosnian Muslims at Srebrenica constituted genocide, but that Serbia was not
responsible for the mass killings, Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks
said he was very disappointed with the decision. "I am very
disappointed (...) Not only that justice has not been executed but injustice
has been served," Seks told Croatian Television.
Forecasting a possible outcome of the lawsuit that Croatia has filed
against Serbia, Seks said it was obvious that what happened to Bosnia would
happen to Croatia as well. Clearly the suit will be dismissed, Seks said.
