Police chief Zeljko Grgic said on Monday he expected that he would be able to address reporters on the matter on Wednesday.
The Simon Wiesenthal Centre on Sunday urged Croatian authorities to apply relevant laws and make the company stop producing and distributing sugar sachets with a drawing of Hitler and an anti-Semitic joke printed on them.
Five-gram sugar sachets appeared recently in some coffee bars in the central town of Gospic.
The owner of the company, Anita Ivanesic, would not talk to reporters today, saying only that she had no comment and that most of what had been reported about her and her company was not true.
