ZAGREB, Jan 23 (Hina) - Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks told the
press on Tuesday that voting by postal ballot in Croatia's parliamentary
elections in November would refer to voters from Bosnia and Herzegovina as well
as Serb refugees, saying there must be no discrimination of voters.
Seks announced amendments to laws on elections and voter lists as well as to
the law on the State Election Commission, under which the Commission chairman
would be the president of the Supreme Court, who would have two deputies, also
Supreme Court judges.
Seks said the latter solution had been agreed in inter-party
negotiations and that those amendments would round off the election legislation
package.
