Prices waffled on both sides of unchanged this morning, with active March cocoa's failure to fill in a chart gap to the upside between $1,375 and $1,378 a tonne spurring some speculative sales, traders said. Light sell-stops were touched off in March below $1,366, but steady manufacturer-linked buying toward the lows prevented a test of support at $1,358 basis March, they added. At 1158 EST, March futures were down $3 a tonne, at $1,364, ranging from $1,373 to $1,362. May was $3 lower at $1,390, while the rest were $2 to $6 weaker.
