ZAGREB, April 12 (Hina) - An explosive device went off at 01:00
hours this morning in front of a cafe in the eastern Zagreb
suburb of Trnovcica, metropolitan police said.
The blast shattered the door, windows and part of the
interior of the cafe, situated on the ground floor of a family
house.
The owner and his family, who lived on the first floor,
escaped uninjured.
Immediately after the explosion, a beat officer noticed a
car rushing away from the scene at great speed. But so far police
has not managed to identify the driver.
