ZAGREB, March 23 (Hina) - A European Parliament delegation today
held talks with representatives of the Croatian Parliament's
Human and Minority Rights Committee.
The European delegation was led by Doris Pack, a German
member of the European Parliament and representatives of the
European Popular Party. The Croatian delegation was headed by
Committee chairman Ljubomir Antic.
Antic said that the talks focused on the rights of
minorities in Croatia, particulary of the Serb community.
He added that they discussed the rights of Serbs in occupied
areas after their reintegration into Croatia's administrative
system as well as the rights of those Serbs who settled in those
areas after their occupation.
Also on the agenda was the question of Bosnian refugees who
wanted to take up residence in Croatia.
