ZAGREB, March 23 (Hina) - The UN announced the possibility of
reopening Sarajevo airport to humanitarian flights this
afternoon.
A UN Protection Force spokesman said a humanitarian flight
was scheduled for 2 pm but added that prospects that the flight
would be conducted were slight.
The UN High Commission for Refugees expected the airlift
into the Bosnian capital would resume tomorrow.
The airlift was suspended on March 13 after a humanitarian
aircraft had been shot at from a high-caliber weapon on March 12.
