SARAJEVO, March 5 (Hina) - The Bosnian army yesterday lifted the
blockade of a UN base in Gornji Vakuf, central Bosnia, the UN in
Sarajevo said.
The blockade was lifted after Bosnian Federation Vice-
President, Ejup Ganic, met UN Force Commander, Gen. Bertrand
Janvier, and the local UN Commander, Brigadier Gordon, at Posusje
yesterday.
The reason for the blockade was the presence of Serb liaison
officers at the UN base.
The UN in Sarajevo said today that UN personnel now enjoyed
full freedom of movement in the Gornji Vakuf area and on the Vakuf-
Bugojno road.
But UN military observers still were not allowed access to Mt
Vlasic, the UN said.
