SARAJEVO, Feb 3 (Hina) - UNPROFOR headquarters in Sarajevo today
said that kidnapped Bosnian TV journalist Namik Berberovic was
being held in a Serb-run military prison in Lukavica.
UN officials were allowed to visit Berberovic yesterday and
reported that he had not been maltreated. They also said Berberovic
might be released within the next couple of days.
Although a "blue route" running through Sarajevo airport and
connecting the Sarajevo district of Dobrinja with government-
controlled areas was reopened two days ago, only six UN trucks had
used the road.
The Moslem-led Bosnian government and Serb representatives
were expected to resume talks today on opening "blue routes" to
humanitarian and civilian traffic.
