WASHINGTON, 10 September (Hina) - On Wednesday Assistant
Secretary of State John Kormblum will travel to BH to monitor the
forthcoming elections, announced in Washington Spokesman of the
State Department Nicholas Burns. Mr. Konrblum is planning to
spend Thursday in Sarajevo and on Friday and Saturday to travel
with an interagency team around Bosnia in order to follow
preparations for the elections.
During his tour, Mr. Kornblum will pay unscheduled visits to
several polling stations.
On Saturday Assistant Secretary of State will also visit
Belgrade, for talks with the Serbian president Slobodan
Milosevic, and on Monday he will attend a NATO meeting in Paris.
