REC $ ONSTRUCTION MINISTRY REPS ZAGREB, Sept 6 (Hina) - Secretary of the Croatian Reconstruction and Development Ministry Marijan Perkovic, his assistants Ivan Krstanovic and Stjepan Sterc, head of the Croatian government Office for Refugees and Displaced Persons Damir Zoric and his assistant Lovre Perkovic on Friday held a meeting with a delegation of the Bosnian Croat Refugees' and Displaced Persons' Association headed by president Stef Masatovic, a statement from the Croatian Reconstruction and Development Ministry said. #L# The meeting focused on the possibility of providing constant care for Bosnian Croat refugees and displaced persons on the territory of the Bosnian Federation and areas of Croatian special government care. The meeting had discussed the possibilities of return, temporary accommodation, constant care, the reconstruction of damaged houses, allocation of land and economic development of these areas, the statement said. The participants in the meeting were informed about the help Croatia had provided in the reconstruction of Bosnia-Herzegovina which had amounted to 35.5 million kunas in the period from 1994 to 1995. It was agreed that, according to a decision by the Croatian government, the assistance to the reconstruction of Bosnia- Herzegovina in 1996 whould amount to 30 million kunas. So far, the Croatian government has set aside 2 billion kunas for accommodation, food, education and health care for Bosnian refugees. The participants in the meeting agreed that such meetings should be held at a regular basis to facilitate finding resolutions to any difficulties concerning refugees. (Hina) lm 062052 MET sep 96
