The foreign delegation was headed by assistant minister and chief of the ministry's sector for bilateral relations, Miomir Udovicki.
The two officials said the two countries were working towards the full normalisation of relations, although Biscevic said that raising ideological issues from the past affected good neighbourly relations.
Biscevic said it was necessary to intensify efforts aimed at the affirmation of European values in bilateral relations.
The two officials underlined the need to accelerate and constructively close all outstanding issues.
They also highlighted the importance of the two countries making headway in European Union and NATO integration.
