The court ruled that the strike started on February 1, when the strikers blocked entrances to the company's buildings in Zagreb, Pozega and Solin, and not on February 2 after the conciliation procedure, as claimed by unionists.
The strikers continue preventing workers who are not on strike from working, contrary to the Labour Act, the court said.
The trade union of workers at Coca-Cola Beverages went on strike last Thursday demanding higher severance pays for 123 redundant hauliers and a 10-percent pay rise.
The leader of the trade union, Marijan Sokacic, told reporters the union would decide on further steps after consultations with its lawyers.
Negotiations with the unionists will continue and the company management is willing to offer the hauliers 6,400 kuna of severance pay per year of service and an additional gross amount of 40,000 kuna, the head of the company's public relations service, Majda Tafra Vlahovic, told Hina.
