The chief of the Zagreb correspondent bureau, Andrey Krasnov, said the office would start operating in early February.
According to him, the Zagreb bureau is a part of gradual programme for the agency's efforts to provide business information from Croatia to Russian business people and companies.
The office will deal with gathering and releasing business information and analytical information regarding the economy, industry, financial institutions, stock markets, real estate and tourism in Croatia and other neighbouring countries.
