The prosecution also requested the extension of the detention for the six suspects who were placed in custody on 21 October 2009.
Following the order of the then commander of the 7th brigade called "Pume", General Ivan Korade, the brigade's former deputy commander, Emil Crncec and members -- Nenad Jurinac, Tihomir Savoric, Anto Novacic, Robert Precehtjer, Goran Gaca and Robert Bevak -- executed five soldiers of the Bosnian Serb forces on 9 and 10 September in Mlinista and Halapici near the western Bosnian town of Glamoc. One of the six victims of the execution by firing squad is not yet identified.
