The EU PHARE project, financed by the European Union with the aim of improving the enforcement of intellectual property rights in Croatia and harmonizing the enforcement of such rights with the EU rules and practice, was based on cooperation between Croatia and Denmark, with participation of experts from a number of European countries.
Danish official Keld Nymann Jensen said he was satisfied with the situation in Croatia, calling for stronger legislation on intellectual property rights and protection of seals and patents to make the country increasingly attractive to serious investors.
