ZAGREB, Feb 3
(Hina) - Commenting on Tuesday's judgement by the
International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Croatia-Serbia genocide
case, Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) Vice President Drazen
Bosnjakovic said that although both Croatia's and Serbia's claims had
been dismissed, the court definitely determined that Serbia was the
aggressor and that Serbia, the ex-Yugoslav Peoples' Army (JNA) and
local Serbs had committed numerous war crimes in these regions which
constitute genocide.
