THE HAGUE, Feb 3
(Hina) - After it found that genocide had not been
committed against the Croat population during the 1991-1995 war in
Croatia, the Hague-based International Court of Justice on Tuesday
also found that genocide had not been committed against the local
Serbs either, and established that there was no indiscriminate
shelling of Serb-populated towns during Operation Storm when Croatia
retook areas from rebel Serbs in August 1995.
