Trindade, who along with Croatian Judge Budislav Vukas voted against a
ruling on Tuesday by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to
dismiss Croatia's genocide suit against Serbia, in a separate opinion
noted that judging by the scale of systematic destruction, Croatia was
exposed to fierce attacks and the case was not a matter of war.
