THE HAGUE, Feb 3
(Hina) - The president of the International Court
of Justice (ICJ), Peter Tomka, said during the public hearing at which
he was reading the ICJ's judgement in the Croatia versus Serbia
genocidal claims on Tuesday that the first element of genocide against
Croats in eastern and western Slavonia, Banovina (Banija), Kordun, Lika
and Dalmatia had been established.
