ZAGREB, Feb 3
(Hina) - Although Croatia has failed to prove that
genocide was committed, that does not mean that war crimes did not
occur, and they were committed by the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) and
paramilitaries from Serbia, Croatian Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic said
on Tuesday in a comment on the judgment of the International Court of
Justice (ICJ) in the case of Croatia's lawsuit against Serbia for
genocide committed in the 1991-1995 war in Croatia.
