(Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic said on
Friday the dismissal of Croatia's genocide suit against Serbia by the
International Court of Justice (ICJ) was perhaps as expected in terms
of legal grounds, but disappointing given Croatia's wish to show what
happened and to have all crimes that happened in Croatia qualified in
a certain way.
