ZAGREB, June 13
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Friday received
the Supreme Court's judgement which upheld a guilty verdict against
former Prime Minister Ivo Sanader who was charged with war
profiteering in the Hypo Bank case and of graft in the INA-MOL case
and shortened his jail term from 10 years to eight years and six
months, county court spokesman Kresimir Devcic said on Friday
afternoon.
