ZAGREB, May 20
(Hina) - Yet another trial of former Prime Minister
and Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) leader Ivo Sanader is scheduled to
commence on 2 July before the Zagreb County Court and this time he is
to stand trial together with a former owner of the Dioki petrochemical
group, Robert Jezic, on suspicion that they incited the national
electricity provider HEP's former CEO Ivan Mravak to lend Jezic's
companies 15 million kuna and sell them electricity below the market
price in 2008 and 2009.
