ZAGREB, June 13
(Hina) - The Supreme Court has made a judgement on a
guilty verdict delivered against former Prime Minister Ivo Sanader for
war profiteering in the "Hypo Bank case" and graft in the INA-MOL
case, for which he is serving a 10-year prison term, and the contents
of the final decision are still confidential, but according to
unofficial reports, the guilty verdict has been upheld and the prison
term reduced to 8.5 years.
