ZAGREB, Jan 20
(Hina) - Lawyers for the family of the murdered
Croatian dissident Stjepan Djurekovic, whose killing was organised by
the Yugoslav-era intelligence agency (UDBA), on Monday submitted an
appeal with the Supreme Court against last week's ruling of the Velika
Gorica County Court under which the family's complaint against the
non-extradition of former UDBA official Zdravko Mustac to Germany,
where he is wanted for his alleged involvement in the assassination.
