ZAGREB, Jan 10
(Hina) - The defence team for former intelligence
chief Josip Perkovic will file an appeal against the extradition of
their client to Germany on Monday, while the Velika Gorica County
Prosecutor's Office has not yet decided whether or not it will appeal
against the court decision rejecting the extradition of Zdravko
Mustac, Perkovic's superior in the same case.
