KARLOVAC, Jan 16
(Hina) - Mile Dakic, a former Croatian Serb rebel
leader, who was charged with inciting the murder of three Croatian
police officers and wounding of one more policeman in August 1991 in
the municipality of Krnjak near Karlovac, was acquitted on Thursday
upon the amendment of his indictment whereby the General Amnesty Act
was applied.
