ZAGREB, Jan 1
(Hina) - A total of 10 persons were arrested in
Croatia by noon Wednesday on European warrants, following the start
the enforcement of the country's modified law on judicial cooperation
with European Union number states on 1 January, with those
modifications removing time limits for the implementation of the
European Arrest Warrant, and the two most prominent arrestees are
former intelligence agents -- Josip Perkovic and Zdravko Mustac --
wanted in Germany for their roles in the 1983 assassination of
Yugoslav dissident Stjepan Djurekovic.
