Last week's wool auctions brought very little change in prices, with the main indicators up no more than four cents, and the outlook remained cloudy. Some traders reckoned a seasonal increase in supplies may bring lower prices but others reckon sellers will not be pressing and that forward covering could underpin prices. But currency influences continued to make predicting trends even more difficult than usual. 161020 MET sep 97
