The European Commission has recommended the opening of entry talks with Montenegro and the foreign ministers of EU countries will discuss the matter later this month.
The president of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists, Milo Djukanovic, has also said earlier that the early parliamentary election should be held in the autumn, a position that has been supported by the opposition parties.
