BRUSSELS, May 23
(Hina) - The European Commission on Wednesday
recommended the opening of the EU accession talks with Montenegro,
after it assessed that the country had made progress in the rule of
law, the fights against corruption and organised crime and achieved
the necessary "level of adjustment" with European standards.
