ZAGREB, Sep 1 (Hina) - UN military observers registered at about
10:00 hours yesterday that two shells were fired at the Dubrovnik
area from the direction of Bosnian Serb positions. In that time
they were examining consequences of shelling the area around
Dubrovnik airport, said UN spokesman in Zagreb Michael Williams.
He said that fierce clashes were registered yesterday between
Bosnian Serb forces and the Bosnian army in western Bosnia.
About 1,000 detonations were reported from the Grabez area.
It was mainly calm in other parts of Bosnia-Herzegovina, said
Williams.
