ZAGREB, May 29 (Hina) - A Croatian minister and the Government's
coordinator for western Slavonia, Ivan Majdak, today received a
delegation of the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM)
political department, led by Jean-Luc Faurere, who are in Croatia
for a working visit, the Croatian Government public relations
office said on Monday.
The EUMM delegates were informed of the forming of municipal
multi-ethnic boards for civilian authorities' establishment and
reintegration of the whole of Lipik and Pakrac municipalities into
Croatian constitutional and legal system. Local Serb residents
should propose their delegates to the boards.
Majdak and the EUMM representatives also discussed prevention
of further moving out from the area, the return of the displaced
people and the reconstruction programme.
